For the entire month of November, the Four Seasons hotel chain is running a marketing campaign called the #30DaysofEnergy Challenge to kick off the brand’s new, customized approach to wellness. Each day, Four Seasons is revealing a new wellness challenge on their Instagram, Facebook, Google+ and Twitter pages. After completing an activity, participants can document their experiences using the hashtag #30DaysofEnergy and Four Seasons is sharing their favorite posts on their social channels.
